3 Way Brass Angle Valve

3-way brass angle valve N10121002 is designed for multi pipeline connection and used to distribute two water lines, we switch handle can control the two lines separately. 1 Before installation of 3-way brass angle valve, it should be confirmed that there is no blisters on the surface of the product, the wall thickness of the threaded pipe is uniform, and the switch is flexible. Before installation, the water pipe should be dredged with water once to confirm that there is no garbage and residue in the water pipe, so as not to affect the water flow.

2. Pay attention to the winding direction. Take the 3-way brass angle valve as an example. When the angle valve is screwed into the inner thread of the wall, it rotates clockwise to the right. Then we wind the leftover tape on the angle valve to the left and counterclockwise. Winding, so that when 3-way brass angle valve is screwed, it will be tightened more and more tightly, and will not loosen.

3. Tighten the raw material tape when winding, make the raw material tape tightly adhere to the thread, try to be as tight as possible, do not wrap it loosely, after winding it, turn it tightly by hand, or wrap it while pressing it.

3-way brass angle valves for European market are mainly made in CW614N and CW617N.

CW614N 3-way brass angle valve is also popularly used because of similar compositions and lower costs, suitable for those applications without much environmental requirements. CW617N 3-way brass angle valve has better physical property to stand higher working pressure and temperature, more importantly the Pb percentage share is less than 2.5% and applicable for drinking water systems, good for environment and people’s health.
