Different OEM brass fittings require different surface treatments, we mainly have four kinds of surface treatment: 1. rough brass color OEM brass fittings, which keep the original color without plating, most OEM brass fittings are of rough color; 2. nickel-plating is to plate OEM brass fittings with nickel; 3. Chrome plated OEM brass fittings have two types, one is sandblasted and chrome-plated, the other is polished and chrome-plated which is more used for sanitary OEM brass fittings; 3. Acid-washing is treating the OEM brass fittings by acid, to make surface clean and anti-oxidation. 

OEM brass fittings production starts from customer samples or drawings, technical department will accordingly design and make drawings, initial samples will be prepared and sent for customer approval. Mass production of OEM brass fittings will start after the initial samples confirmed, main procedures include cut, heat and forging brass fittings rough bodies, machining dimensions and threads, assembly and packing, inspection, and delivery.

Our QC team will check each steps of the OEM brass fittings production, ensures each brass fittings are produced conform to customer requirements and industry standards.

We have two options to pack OEM brass fittings: 1. General package, which is packing the OEM brass fittings in inner plastic bags, then in outer cartons, with labels for each carton; 2. We can also pack with customers' design, the inner boxes and outer cartons, with different colors and markings.

The test and inspection of OEM brass fittings include brass material composition analysis, dimensions conformity, pressure test. We have full line equipment to test the OEM brass fittings during production and before delivery, which ensures the good quality of OEM brass fittings we manufacture.
